To make it easier for you to request gate codes, gate remotes, or add your phone number so guests at the front gate can talk to you directly through the gate system speaker, please navigate to "Gate Access Policy forms" on the right pane. Complete and submit them to Janna Laine at Sentry Management.  Having a specific gate code for your home is important to those homeowners planning on selling their home and having their realtor show the home.  This will give the realtor the tools they need to be successful on your behalf.

To make an Architectural Review Board (ARB) request, please sign in and navigate to "ARB Form" on the right pane. Once you have completed the form, email it to Janna Laine at [email protected] or drop it off in person at the local Sentry Management office. Janna can be reached direct at her desk number 352-243-4595 Ext. 59009.

ARB meetings are the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of every month and have been reflected in the calendar in order to better serve the homeowners.
