Lot Surveys

Lake County was responsible for original zoning and permitting prior to land annexation by the City of Clermont in 2008 so some lots are only proposed plats and not documented surveys with the City. The link provided will give a better indication on boundary lines as a supplement to the lot plans provided. If your lot is only a proposed site plan then you should refer to the survey performed at purchase which would be in your closing documents or request a new survey to be completed.
